It has been a while since I did an Anime Review, but this one really 'touched' all the things I want out of one. Boobies and Pantsu - such a perv dude, whats up with that!
That aside, lets take a look at what this story is all about. Since I am of the mind not to rewrite what is already written, lets see what what the plot summary is thanks to Anime News Network:
"Set in a slightly futuristic world where Earth has been invaded and is at war with aliens from another dimension called the Nova, the story follows the adventures of a Japanese boy named Kazuya Aoi who enrolls for training at a special school for genetically modified girls called Pandoras who battle the aliens, and their male partners, called Limiters, who use a special power called "freezing" to limit their opponent's mobility. The protagonist makes the acquaintance of an unusual older girl named Bridgette L. Satellizer who appears to be the most powerful Pandora in her class, but has not yet chosen a male partner to be her Limiter, and in spite of the warnings of all his friends, he decides to be her Limiter."
Now with that all out of the way, what the hell do I think of it. It is not a bad story, but I think it is over done with naked boobs, pantsu shots and sexual innuendos left and right.~SPOILERS AHEAD ~
I like the episode introduction with some sexy shots of Bridgette and the cool description intro that you can see here. They scramble the title and then slowly rolls the letters to see what it is. They even have an intro summary, but it goes too fast and is too small to read.
The plot is the normal stuff I see in these kind of series. The hard shell character and the unsuspecting character that will bring out the best in each other. One wants to help the other as the other one wants nothing to do with them.
However, we will see this all melt away as they each get to know one another and try to work together. But wait, where is the character that is the wrench in all this lovely get together. You know, the one that comes in and says that they should be with them and such . . . hummm.
The "Untouchable Queen" (Bridgette) really does have a soft inner person that Kazuya brings out. She gets all wishy washy when she is touched by him. No one can touch her or she kicks the crap out of them. But he - does things to her when she feels his touch -ooooooo.He is actually the brother of a famous Pandora that saved the world in the last set of attacks by the Nova's. He himself has a hidden power that become quite the force later in the show called 'Freezing". This causes people in the area to literally freeze in their tracks or to be free of the freezing by the Nova's.
Besides the fun stuff I lo
ve, there are some heavy fight scenes that do throw blood around and rip the tops off the ladies for all the boobie shots you want. This is not all, as you get to see all the pantsu that you want as well. What is a great fight without clothing optional scenes. They have those a plenty in this as well as those bondage fetishes too. Though it does get redundant as each fight has boobs and pantsu no matter who it is. Either it gets cut off or ripped right off their bodies. There are a ton of up skirt shots as well to be showcased in this series.
It is interesting as we see poor Kazuya trying to become Brigette's Limiter as he feels a bond with her. Every so often, he sees a similarity of his dead sister in her.
It seems there is a "ritual" that you have to do to become bounded together with your Limiter. It always sounds like sex or some type of gratification is going to happen.
He has several classmates that keep telling him to keep away, but he keeps approaching her. She finally succumbs to his wanting to be a her Limiter around the 5th episode which seems to be a turning point.

What is also interesting is the names the other girls have for themselves. Each is unique and kind of describes their personality - Liberator of Chasity, The Cruel Maiden, The Bloodless and Mirage Fang as examples.Even the scene separators are cool as they have one of the girls from the show and give you their personal info (see on the left side here). The end of the first part shows you them in a school uniform, but the intro to the second half shows much more - yum!
Like all love interest anime, there always have to be a love or
relationship triangle in the series. We finally see that start to develop in epsiode 5 (see it is a turning point). We see Rana from Kunrun is sent as a transfer student to the school. She is trying to find her 'soulmate' and can you figure out who that might be??I will continue to watch it, but just to see some 2D gratification. As you noticed, there is no white light or dark spots, so you see everything which is nice. It should be interesting seeing how Rana and Bridgette try to "fight" for Kazuya I guess. Maybe there will be a 3-way to see who finally does the deed - I need help - seriously - perv!
